Originally opened in 2000, Afton Care started with the vision of Ellie Triemert to provide the best senior home care available. With large, spacious living areas and a quiet, small town setting, Afton Care has been the home for many people seeking to enjoy the comforts of an exceptional lifestyle in their later years. Known now as Afton Care West, the original location still serves as a model for the absolute best in senior care.

Built in 2004, Afton Care St. Croix boasts over 7,200 square feet of living space along with individual resident suites over 525 square feet in size. Located in downtown Afton, MN, Afton Care St. Croix has become host to a multitude of holiday events and special ocassions. Afton Care St. Croix was also the first location to feature beautiful enclosed patios and an event room.

Our newest residential home was completed in September 2007 and called Afton Care South. This home features private suites and beautiful patio settings. Afton Care South again exemplifies the best senior living has to offer.
